12 Winners of Christmas

NO DONATION OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.


1. Sponsor

The 12 Winners of Christmas drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Intice Dance Fitness, 2104 34th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711, (727) 739-6849 (“Intice,” “we,” or “us”).


2. Who Can Enter

The Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and instructors of Intice, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.


3. Entry Period

The Drawing begins on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Friday, December 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.


4. How to Enter

Option A — Give: Make a gift through one of the Drawing gift options on inticedancefitness.com/12-winners-of-christmas. Each gift earns entries as follows:

  • $10 gift — 1 entry

  • $25 gift — 3 entries

  • $50 gift — 8 entries

  • $100 gift — 20 entries

  • $250 gift — 60 entries

You may make more than one gift. Each gift earns the entries listed above.

Option B — Free entry (no donation necessary): Turn on notifications in the Intice app. During the Entry Period, we will send an app notification for a free class. Signing up for that free class enters you in the Drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per person. Each free entry is worth one (1) entry, the same as a $10 gift.

Entries are not transferable. Entries made by any automated or fraudulent means will be disqualified.


5. Giving Tuesday Double Entries

Gifts made on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. ET, earn double the entries listed in Section 4.


6. Drawings

All winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Intice from all eligible entries.

  • Weekly bonus drawings: On Saturday, November 14, Saturday, November 21, and Saturday, November 28, 2026, one (1) winner will be drawn each week. Each weekly bonus drawing includes all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET the night before.

  • Live drawing: On Saturday, December 5, 2026, nine (9) winners will be drawn live at the Intice Christmas party. The live drawing includes all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

You do not need to be present at the live drawing to win. Limit one (1) prize per person. A person who wins a weekly bonus drawing is removed from all later drawings.


7. Prizes

Twelve (12) prizes will be awarded. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is:

  • Grand Prize (1): One month unlimited membership + 60-minute solo photo shoot + 1-hour private session. ARV $724.

  • 60-Minute Solo Photo Shoot (1). ARV $299.

  • 40-Minute Quarterly Photo Shoot (1). ARV $185.

  • 1-Hour Private Session (5), drawn December 5. ARV $100 each.

  • 1-Hour Private Session (3), one drawn at each weekly bonus drawing on November 14, 21 and 28. ARV $100 each.

  • Personal Training Session with Nicole (1). ARV $80.

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,088.


8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


9. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by Intice app notification, email, or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. A winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.


10. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • A winner may give their prize to another person as a gift. The winner must tell Intice the recipient’s name before the prize is scheduled.

  • All prizes must be used by June 30, 2027. Unused prizes expire after that date.

  • Prizes are scheduled with Intice and are subject to availability.

  • If a prize becomes unavailable, Intice may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  • Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.


11. Where Your Gift Goes

Intice will donate 100% of the proceeds from Drawing gifts, after payment processing fees, to Suncoast Voices for Children. Intice is simply donating the proceeds; Suncoast Voices for Children is not a sponsor of the Drawing and is not responsible for it. Gifts are made to Intice Dance Fitness, which is not a charitable organization. Please consult your tax advisor about whether any part of your gift is tax-deductible.


12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a winner agrees that Intice may announce their first name and last initial, including during the live drawing and on Intice’s website and social media, without further payment.


13. Instagram and Facebook

This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility related to the Drawing.


14. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Intice, which are final. Intice may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Intice may cancel, change, or suspend the Drawing if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, by entering you release Intice from any liability arising from the Drawing or the use of any prize.


15. Privacy

Information collected for the Drawing is used to run the Drawing and contact winners, as described in our Privacy Policy at inticedancefitness.com/privacy-policy.


16. Governing Law

The Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
