Use of Services
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. By using our website or booking classes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
SMS Messaging Program
Intice Dance Fitness operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in. Messages sent through this program include class reminders and schedule updates, booking confirmations, promotional offers and studio announcements, and links to class schedules, membership options, and booking pages. How to Opt In: You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website at inticedancefitness.com/sms-consent or during account creation at inticedancefitness.com/schedule#/create-account. How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. For Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at contactintice@gmail.com or (727) 739-6849. Message Frequency: Varies based on your activity and our promotional calendar. Message & Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details. Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
All class bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before a class incur a loss of class credit or a $25 cancellation fee for membership packages. The studio doors are locked 5 minutes after scheduled class start time for the safety of all students. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Memberships
Memberships require a minimum commitment period as described at the time of purchase. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are described at inticedancefitness.com/membership.
Age Restriction
All services, classes, and SMS communications from Intice Dance Fitness are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. By using our services or opting in to SMS communications, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in pole dance and fitness classes involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Intice Dance Fitness, its owners, instructors, and staff harmless from any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation. Our website and services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
